Fluffy-Cakes / H- Lisbon

I took this while waiting for the plane at Lisbon airport. The window had fine dots on it that dimmed the view, so I wasn't able to get any good shots of the planes and sunset, but with the shadows this worked out nicely. ...sure enough not long later I was able to get a couple enjoying the view. There are signs like this along Baixa Chiado metro station lighting up the corridor, but under exposing it shows a slightly different view. Sagres seemed popular all thru Lisbon. My first 1L drink! Surprsingly I wasn't tipsy after it. A slightly darker version then the original. After doing the massive climb up and around Sintra hills I was rewarded with a lady selling cans of beer from her esky. $1EU a drink, I'll have 2 please! Super Bock was the 2nd most popular drink there. I was surprised to see teenages pouring me a drink at Maccas. The sunset was fast that day, but I'm glad I got a little bit of it before disappearing. The sunset was fast that day, but I'm glad I got a little bit of it before disappearing. Trying for something different. I think the negative space works well here. A quick snap of a tourist enjoying the view. Trees, church, view... something, somewhere. I tell you now, it's not easy getting a shot of these elevadors without graffiti on them. The time it takes to queue in the line just to go 3 stories up is ridiculous; 25min! Some detail of the Elevador. I really liked this restaraunt and was preparing to take a photo when this guy walked in to complete the scene. I waited about 30min for this ignorant photographing tourist to get out of my view before I was able to take a shot. 2min longer and I would have had more then words with him. Some graffiti in Lisbon is actually quite cool and quirky. Paul MacKinnon on 500px
