Taken near some barracks, I just liked the chiaroscuro effect. One of the cheapest snacks around, and not half bad either. I was up waaaay to early for this. It took a number of shots to get the one I wanted, but even then it's not to 100% of what I had in mind, but it's still not bad. I raised my camera to ask for permission, he nodded and I got 3 shots off. All but one were blurry. I stumbled upon this nicely lit scene when heading to another area for a sunset photo. Early morning sunrise along Nyhavn, only late party goers in sight. Friday night along Nyhavn is the place to be, but be careful you don't fall into the water when drunk. I shot this while waiting for the sun to set on a scene behind me. The building looks a bit retro. I was running across the bridge to another location when I saw this in the corner of my eye, I quickly put my tripod down and took 1 snap and then ran on. HDR of the office blocks above. A very dramatic backdrop to this sunset, the colours were intense. My first sunrise shot in Copenhagen; the leading line of the suns reflection was perfect and only lasted a few minutes. Not much to say but some bikes against a very cool, orange wall.
